What We Handle

We remove the old tank unit, run new gas and water supply lines, mount the tankless unit to the wall, connect venting per code, pressure-test all joints, and set the outlet temperature. Tankless heaters deliver endless hot water on demand and free up significant floor space — ideal when a storage tank is aging out or a household's hot-water demand has grown.
We tap into the main supply line before it splits to the house, install a bypass valve assembly, plumb in the treatment vessel with copper or PEX fittings, wire the control head, and program the regeneration cycle. Best suited for homes on hard Las Vegas municipal water where scale is building up in pipes, appliances, and water heaters.
We shut off the supply, drain and disconnect the old unit, haul it away, set the new tank on a seismic-strapped platform, reconnect gas or electric supply, solder or thread the water connections, relight and verify burner operation. Tank replacements are the go-to when an existing heater is leaking, failing to recover, or more than ten years old.
We isolate suspect sections by closing valves and monitoring pressure drop, then use visual inspection and moisture readings to pinpoint the source. Once located, we cut out the damaged section, solder or crimp a replacement fitting, and pressure-test before closing any access. Unexplained water bills, wet drywall, or soft flooring are the most common triggers.
We open the wall or exterior chase to access the existing PRV, shut off the main, unbolt the old valve, thread in a new brass regulator, and test downstream pressure with a gauge. Las Vegas supply pressure can spike above 80 PSI, which stresses appliances, fittings, and water heaters — a functioning PRV keeps the whole system in a safe range.
We shut off the local stops, remove the old fixture, clean the mounting surface, set the new unit with fresh supply lines and drain hardware, torque the connections to spec, and check for drips under full pressure. Applies to tubs, freestanding soakers, vanity faucets, kitchen taps, and showerheads — often combined with a bathroom remodel or a single failing cartridge.
